Roller blind-Slow rise With Aluminium bottom bar (Blockout fabric)

Roller blind-Slow rise With Aluminium bottom bar (Blockout fabric)

£120.00Price

All our Slow rise roller blinds now come with an Aluminium bottom bar, which have contrasting end caps.

These attractive bottom bars help prevent finger marks and stains on your blind fabric, they also help to make the blind fabric taut to give an even look to the fabric.

'NOTE: the mechanism at the top of the blind is available in white only'

"Please note: The fabrics shown in these pictures are classed as standard. If you order 'blockout fabric' you will be supplied blinds with a blockout fabric, and no light will pass through the fabric, there will be a small amount of light 'bleed' around the sides of the blinds."

These roller blinds are available in 5 plain colours both in a standard and block out fabric. A 'standard' fabric will allow filtered light to pass through the fabric, whilst retaining privacy. Our 'block out' fabrics will not allow light to pass through them, however you will get some 'light bleed' around the sides of the blind, but is kept to a minimum.

They are in constant tension using a advanced spring loaded slowrise system. The roller blind is secured in the down position with the use of extra strong magnets, this is excellent to combat the sloping sides of Narrowboats.

As these blinds don't have cords or chains to operate them, they are 'Child Safe' by design.

Most spring operated blinds will 'spring back' once they have been released. Ours have a much improved system where the blind will retract at a controlled rate which provides a 'slowrise'. This rate can be ajusted by the customer and there is also a braking system which can be adjusted so the blind will stop at the customers prefered distance from the top.

All fabrics supplied are moisture resistant and have a stay fresh coating applied, this is to help combat 'mildew and mould'.

Most importantly the fabrics are 'fire retardent' which we feel is essential in a boat.

We have installed a discrete fixing magnet to the bottom bar of the blind, this stops the blind leaning into the cabin when in the down position. (Please see the small video). We also supply a catch disc for the magnet and relavent screws with the blind.

Delivery is approximately 4 weeks from order.

Important: If the blind is to be fixed outside the recess please supply us with the fabric width required. We suggest you measure the aperture and add 50mm to the sides and bottom. Please note the top mechanism is approximately 20mm wider than the fabric on this type of blind.
